With much excitement, a 2nd container sent by a collection of inspiring supporters in Australia has arrived for Maunga Health Centre in Zambia.
Here’s a peek at it being opened by Sylvia, a Manager at African Bush Camps Thorntree River Lodge. Packed inside, are generous donations of medical equipment, that’ll help the Health Centre soon open as a fully functioning facility for the community. Among the equipment, we have electric hospital beds and mattresses (donated by Medearth), stethoscopes, blood pressure monitors, desks, chairs, linen, blankets, baby clothes, mats, books and all sorts of valuable things that’ll help make it a welcoming, useful centre for the Maunga Community.
